What is a Tumble Cake??
Tumble Cakes are upside-down cakes in exciting flavors! They are 4-inches across - about the size of a large cupcake - and can comfortably serve 2 people.
When the COVID-19 pandemic started, it felt like the world turned upside-down in a matter of days. So, I started baking upside-down cakes, starting with classic fruit flavors and then experimenting with new ingredients and pairings. I loved the excitement of watching these tiny cakes tumble out of the pans!
Tumble Cakes are best served at room temperature or slightly warm - especially the chocolate ones! You can store them in the fridge for up to 2 days, or in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 4 weeks. For tastiest results, enjoy right away!
